In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution in consumer matters, and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC, we inform you of the existence of an European Online Dispute Resolution platform that facilitates the extrajudicial resolution of such disputes for contracts concluded online between passengers residing in the EU and the airline in an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, and fair manner.
The platform is an interactive, multilingual website http://ec.europa.eu/odr, which will provide, free of charge, a single access point for EU residents and the airline for the extrajudicial resolution of contractual disputes arising from online air transport contracts.
